Spiraea betulifolia 'Tor' birchleaf spirea is a compact mound of dark, gray-green birch-like leaves. Tiny white flowers cover the plant in spring; and autumn brings quality shades of orange, red and purple leaves.  This shrub is an excellent choice for rock gardens, low hedges or as an accent plant. Deer resistant.
