Sprout Home is seeking three motivated and energetic team members to join us. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to learn, likes getting dirty, enjoys hard work, and sees horticulture as a possible career path.

Professional experience in the garden and/or floral industry as well as experience in retail and customer service is ideal, but not necessary. The ability to switch gears, multi-task, keep an energetic and positive attitude are essential. Schedules will always include at least one consecutive weekend shift.
