RETURN + REFUND POLICY

Plants - Floral

Plant material and floral in any of its wonderful forms is not returnable.

 

Hard Goods

If non-plant items are in the their original state, they are returnable for a refund or store credit within fourteen days when accompanied with a receipt. Sale items are final sale. Unless the item was damaged in shipping, you are responsible for getting the item back to us.  

Purchasing items for a photoshoot and returning them after the shoot is terrible karma that might result in your reincarnation as a cricket.

 

Shipped Orders

You are responsible for the return and insurance on the item(s) being returned to our store. Please include the original packing list so that we may process your refund. The order will be credited minus original shipping charges. Please note the hard good policy above in regards to what is returnable and timeframe therein.
