Mitriostigma is a genus of flowering plants in the Rubiaceae family. A cousin of the true Gardenia with less fuss. Just as lovely and fragrant. Fragrant star-shaped white blooms (sometimes tinged with pink) that cover the plant is a huge conversation starter.
