Pelargonium “Scented Geranium”

Light: Pelargonium or “Scented Geranium” grow best with at least several hours of direct sun, especially when grown as a houseplant. The more sun the merrier. Their gentle branches will extend quickly, so rotate often to maintain a pleasing growth habit.

Water: Keep evenly watered in the most plentiful sun, otherwise they can partially dry before watering again. This is especially keep during winter months when sunlight is scarce.

Environment: Avoid overly warm, stuffy locations, especially in the winter when homes are heated. They prefer a cool window during the winter months.

Toxicity: All parts of the plants are non-toxic, however the essential oils contained in their leaves and stems can be a mild skin irritant to some.
