Picea abies 'Pendula' was the winner of the Award of Garden Merit by the Royal Horticulture Society. A large, vigorous growing Norway Spruce with its weeping, arching habit that is densely covered with glossy, dark green needles. 'Pendula' can be staked and trained into an outstanding upright specimen or it can be permitted to grow as undulating ground cover. Either way it will be an extraordinary addition to your landscape. Once established it will tolerate drier sites.
