Larix decidua 'Varied Directions' European Larch has a vigorous spreading habit and a deciduous plant. Produces robust twigs that propel the branches up and out and in- that's right = varied directions. Tan colored branches eventually arch down and cover the ground in a unique configuration for each plant. Bright green foliage changes to gold in autumn before needles fall. Plant as a focal point for its unique full figured shape and seasonal interest. yes well in wet soil.
