Platycerium elephantotis, the "Elephant Staghorn Fern" is an epiphyte known for their fronds that are shaped like aforementioned common name ears. It has two types of fronds, the basal and the fertile fronds.  The basal fronds look like a helmet at the base of the plant to protect its roots and the fuzzy fertile fronds are the ones that are absolutely massive and stick out from the plant like round ears.
